How VR technology can improve children's reading skills

Hur VR-teknik kan förbättra barns läsförmåga

An article from Vilarare.se highlights how shortcomings in consensus – the ability of the eyes to work together – can affect children's reading ability and concentration. This was discussed at a parliamentary seminar on children's reading ability last autumn. The parliamentary seminar was arranged by Fredrik Malm (Liberals) and Niels Paarup Petersen (Centre Party). The seminar highlighted a hidden public health problem and how modern VR technology is being used to strengthen children's vision and reading ability.

Backed by research and experiences from schools, VR-based eye training has been shown to be not only effective, but also appreciated by students. The training strengthens eye coordination, improves reading speed and increases children's self-confidence - giving them a better chance of succeeding in school.
