How does the training work?

The training works through convergence movements, where subtle oscillations are presented between the images each eye sees. This stimulates binocular vision and improves the brain's ability to coordinate eye movements. Similar to "pencil exercises" in vision therapy, this process strengthens focus and convergence over time.
