What is trained with Imvi's VR training?

The training focuses on improving the brain's control of the eyes for better eye coordination. This improves blood flow and oxygenation of the brain, which increases reading speed, reading endurance and concentration.
How long do you have to train to see results?

For lasting results, 15 minutes of exercise, 4 times a week for at least 12 weeks, is recommended.

How long you need to exercise depends on your current symptoms. Scientific studies show that most people need at least 12 weeks of exercise to achieve lasting improvements.

Once you are symptom-free, we recommend that you continue exercising for the same duration it took to become symptom-free to achieve permanent results.

For example: If you become symptom-free after 6 weeks of exercise, you should continue for another 6 weeks to ensure permanent results.

Many users notice improvements already in the first few weeks, which increases motivation to continue. We guide you every step of the way to ensure you succeed at your own pace!
How long do the results last?

Studies show that the improvements in binocular vision are lasting if you complete our training program based on your individual conditions.
Are there any risks to exercising?

Consciousness training is risk-free, but the following people must consult us or their optician/orthoptist before training:

  • People with visible strabismus and/or who use prism lenses.
  • People with amblyopia (who have always had poor vision in one eye) or who were treated with a patch as children.
  • People who have double vision after stroke, concussion and post-covid.
