What does Imvi's results guarantee entail?

Imvi's 12-week results guarantee means you can try our training program with less financial risk.

If you complete the entire training program, follow our training recommendations, and complete all tests without showing any improvement in your reading speed, we will refund the cost of the training program.

How Imvi's performance guarantee works

Make the most of your screen time by training your eyes to focus. Imvi is easy to use and simple to integrate into your daily routine.

Start the training

You will perform an initial test that measures your results before training begins.

Train for 12 weeks - Follow your progress

Train with Imvi at least 4 times a week, 15 minutes each time. During the training period, you will complete another test to track your progress.

Take the final test

After 12 weeks, you will perform the final tests.

No improvement?

If you have met the warranty conditions and show no improvement in your reading speed, we will refund the cost of the training program.

What is required for the performance guarantee to apply?

To be covered by Imvi's 12-week results guarantee, you need to:

Exercise at least 4 times per week

Exercise for 15 minutes per session

Complete the entire 12-week program

Complete all tests

Complete the tests according to the instructions provided in the program

Show no improvement in reading speed in the tests from when you started training to after 12 weeks of training

What is reimbursed?

The results guarantee applies to the cost of Imvi's training program.

The cost of the VR glasses, SEK 500, is not covered by the results guarantee. The VR glasses are yours to keep after completing the training.

Why do we offer a results guarantee?

We know that investing in a new type of training can feel like a big decision. That's why we want you to be able to try Imvi without having to bear the entire financial risk yourself. Imvi was developed in collaboration with researchers at Karolinska Institutet and is based on research into binocular vision, eye coordination, and reading. At the same time, all people are different, and we cannot promise that everyone will achieve the same results. Therefore, we measure your progress with tests before, during, and after the training period – and offer a results guarantee when you follow the program according to our criteria.

When can I expect to see results from Imvi?

How quickly results become visible varies from person to person. Some may experience changes after a few weeks, while for others it may take longer. Imvi's recommended training period is 12 weeks, with training at least four times a week for 15 minutes per session.

Frequently Asked Questions

To get the most out of your training, you need to exercise at least 4 times a week for 12 weeks. Therefore, the Imvi guarantee does not apply if you miss your workout.

We cannot offer the guarantee if you take a break from your training.

If you haven't seen any improvement in your reading test after 12 weeks, email support@imvilabs.com. We will help you further and review your test results together.

If we have approved your use of your Imvi guarantee, we will transfer the training funds to your account. You will receive the funds within 10 business days.

You can keep your VR glasses.
