Here's how it works
The training works through vergence movements, where subtle oscillations occur between the images seen by each eye. This stimulates binocular vision and improves the brain’s ability to coordinate eye movements. Similar to traditional pen training, this process strengthens focus and vergence over time.
Our training can be streamed on:

You simply train by watching streamed content through the Imvi app on your phone, placed inside our VR glasses.
Train while streaming your favorite shows
Through the app, you choose the type of content you want to watch. We currently support content from YouTube, SVT Play, Binogi, UR Play, as well as videos directly from your phone’s camera roll.
2. Train your vergence
The app gently shifts the video stream from side to side – but your brain experiences it just like watching a regular movie.
You watch your shows – our app does the rest.
The training focuses on improving the brain’s control of the eyes for better coordination. This enhances blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain, boosting reading speed, stamina, and concentration.
3. Track your progress
In the app, you can easily track your progress over time and receive recommendations for continued training.

In the app, you can track your own or your child’s development and results. We offer free parent accounts to monitor children’s progress! Once the training is completed, you’ll receive personalized recommendations for continued practice based on your results and progress.
