Who trains with Imvi?

Tired eyes and headaches when you work in front of a screen? Perhaps you experience blurred vision or even double vision. Binocular vision problems manifest in different ways, and with Imvi, you get help training your binocular vision by watching your favorite shows.

”I noticed a clear difference after just 2 weeks, which motivated me to keep going! This training has truly changed my life.”

Daniel, 28 years old

How the training works

The app shows each eye a slightly offset image that moves smoothly sideways.
With VR goggles, the brain merges the images so that the motion is not visible – much like when you watch a movie.
When the images move, the eyes naturally follow, which trains them to work together better.
With regular training, the brain learns how the eyes should work together, which can make it easier to maintain focus and read for longer periods.

The brain perceives a stable and unified experience.

This is what your 12 weeks of training look like

Week 1

Get Started

Download the app and perform your first tests to establish a baseline. Then, follow the instructions to set up the VR headset.

Weeks 2–6

Create a routine

15 minutes, four times a week. It looks and feels like regular screen time, but the eyes get a workout.
