However, binocular vision problems can be trained away. With Imvi's training, one can significantly improve their binocular vision in just twelve weeks. This relieves the brain and leads to increased reading speed and improved concentration. It also helps if, for example, one is often tired, has headaches, or suffers from strained eyes.

Standard pedagogy does not help with binocular vision problems; this type of special binocular vision training is required to improve eye coordination. Typically, eye exams in schools do not detect when students have binocular vision problems, making it a hidden problem whose effects many feel without knowing why.

There are many reasons for this, but one that is often overlooked concerns the brain's coordination of the eyes. Sometimes people with dyslexia or ADHD also have vergence problems, but since vergence problems can cause similar symptoms to these, they can be difficult to distinguish and diagnose.

How the training works

Watch content from SVT, Youtube, Binogi, etc.

The app shows each eye a slightly shifted image that moves smoothly sideways.

With VR glasses, the brain merges the images so that the movement is not visible – much like when you watch a movie.

When the images move, the eyes naturally follow, which trains them to cooperate better.

Regular exercise improves blood flow and oxygenation in the brain. The result is that you can focus better, read faster and for longer.
