We are incredibly happy to announce that Imvi Labs has been granted 300,000 SEK in planning grants from Vinnova . The grant is an important part of our continued efforts to develop and internationalize our technology platform, which improves visual attention and coordination, with a particular focus on helping people who experience coordination problems after a concussion or stroke.
Our existing product, Imvi Read, has already proven successful for individuals and schools, where it is used to help people with reading and writing difficulties, dyslexia, and ADHD.
With this grant, we can now take the next step and further develop the Imvi Pro platform to reach a broader market within healthcare. Our goal is to offer an effective solution to rehabilitate vision problems, which are often overlooked despite the fact that they can have a major impact on the quality of life of those affected.
The funding from Vinnova gives us the opportunity to carry out important preparations for an international application to the Eurostars program in the fall of 2025. We see this as recognition of our innovative power and potential, and we are convinced that Imvi Pro has the potential to make a big difference for people across Europe. By focusing on vision problems after concussion and stroke, we hope to contribute to faster and more effective rehabilitation for these patient groups. One country that is far ahead is the United Kingdom, which has introduced national recommendations for vision examinations after stroke.
We look forward to sharing more information about the project and our progress!
