Why should you continue to train?

After you have trained for 12 weeks, we analyze whether more training is needed. For most people, 12 weeks is enough. If we see that your development has not reached a plateau but has more improvement potential, we will recommend that you buy for further training. If you follow the training program, you will get lasting improvements.

A little depending on the type of problem, it can take a different amount of time. People exercising after a stroke often need at least 6 months, while children who want to improve reading often need 12 weeks, sometimes 18.
