You should train 15 minutes, 4 times a week for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The length of your training depends on your current symptoms and progress. Scientific studies suggest most people need at least 12 weeks of training to see lasting improvements.
Once you become symptom-free, we recommend continuing training for the same amount of time it took to get there to make your results permanent.
For example: If you’re symptom free after 6‑weeks of training, you should continue for another 6 weeks for permanent results.

You can improve your eye coordination by using our app to watch videos in VR on your mobile device.
The training involves watching videos that move from side to side while you focus on training each eye separately. Despite the movement in the videos, your brain will not perceive any motion.
Each training account is for one user and includes a pair of VR glasses that will be customized to the user’s specific settings.
We advise each person to use their own VR glasses for the best experience, as settings may vary between individuals. We cannot provide support for other models, and results may not be guaranteed due to optical differences.

This is how it works
Test and track your progress
You take tests to measure your reading speed and comprehension before starting training, after six and twelve weeks. You can easily track results and improvements in our app.
Exercise for 12 weeks — 15 minutes per session
The training actually takes only 15 minutes to complete. For 12 weeks you should train 4 times a week. This makes 12 hours in total. Before each training session, you should calibrate so that the training is adapted to you for the best results. All this is done directly in the app, which is easy, right?
Relax and enjoy!
The exercise itself is not very strenuous, you can lie down or sit comfortably and just relax while watching images or videos with VR glasses. Maybe you even have music, audiobooks or podcasts in your ears?
