FAQs

Imvi Labs’ paten­ted method trains the eyes to coor­di­nate. Impro­ved eye coor­di­na­tion will help you if you struggle with binocu­lar vision pro­blems, low reading speed, con­cent­ra­tion pro­blems, double vision, and more.

You should train 15 minutes, 4 times a week for a minimum of 12 weeks.

The length of your trai­ning depends on your current symptoms and pro­gress. Sci­en­ti­fic studies suggest most people need at least 12 weeks of trai­ning to see lasting impro­ve­ments.

Once you become symptom-free, we recom­mend con­ti­nu­ing trai­ning for the same amount of time it took to get there to make your results per­ma­nent.

For example: If you’re symptom free after 6‑weeks of trai­ning, you should con­ti­nue for another 6 weeks for per­ma­nent results.

Many users begin noti­cing impro­ve­ments within the first few weeks and feel moti­va­ted as they move toward their goals. We’ll guide you through every step to ensure you succeed at your own pace!

You can improve your eye coor­di­na­tion by using our app to watch videos in VR on your mobile device.

The trai­ning invol­ves watching videos that move from side to side while you focus on trai­ning each eye sepa­ra­tely. Despite the move­ment in the videos, your brain will not per­ceive any motion.

Each trai­ning account is for one user and inclu­des a pair of VR glasses that will be custo­mi­zed to the user’s spe­ci­fic set­tings.

We advise each person to use their own VR glasses for the best expe­ri­ence, as set­tings may vary between indi­vi­du­als. We cannot provide support for other models, and results may not be gua­ran­teed due to optical dif­fe­rences.

This is how it works

Test and track your progress

You take tests to measure your reading speed and com­pre­hen­sion before star­ting trai­ning, after six and twelve weeks. You can easily track results and impro­ve­ments in our app.

Exercise for 12 weeks — 15 minutes per session

The trai­ning actu­ally takes only 15 minutes to com­plete. For 12 weeks you should train 4 times a week. This makes 12 hours in total. Before each trai­ning session, you should calibrate so that the trai­ning is adapted to you for the best results. All this is done directly in the app, which is easy, right?

Relax and enjoy!

The exer­cise itself is not very strenu­ous, you can lie down or sit com­for­tably and just relax while watching images or videos with VR glasses. Maybe you even have music, audi­o­books or podcasts in your ears?

2. Download the Imvi app

While you wait for your VR glasses to arrive, you can download the Imvi app and complete the onboarding process, including an eye coordination assessment and reading speed test.

3. Set up your VR glasses

When you receive your VR glasses, follow the instructions in the app on how to set them up.

Why we recommend a minimum of 12 weeks of training

Research indicates that following the training program leads to lasting improvements After completing 12 weeks of training, we assess whether additional training is necessary. Twelve weeks is the minimum duration that can yield lasting results.


If we find the potential for further improvement, we will recommend additional training based on the severity of symptoms, age, and progress .
