Improving school goals, performance and learning with Imvi
Improve students’ visual focus and reading skills in just 12 weeks.

Eye-coordination problems may be a hidden cause of reading difficulties
About 10% of the population and over 20% of children and teenagers have co-vision problems. This is an often overlooked cause of reading difficulties linked to brain-eye coordination, and is also known as “binocular vision problems,” “hidden squints,” or “vergence problems.”
Many people overlook the symptoms because they are similar to those of dyslexia and ADHD. Moreover, standard school eye tests rarely detect these issues.
However, it is possible to train away vergence problems. With Imvi, students can train their eye-coordination to improve reading skills, reading speed and concentration.
Symptoms to look out for:
- Squint, head tilting, or closing one eye while reading or looking at a screen.
- Holding objects close to the eyes or sitting at the front of the classroom to see properly.
- Lacks concentration or shows disinterest.
- Complains of headaches.
- Har svårigheter vid läsning, läser långsamt eller blandar ihop bokstäver som till exempel n och u, p och b, d och b.
- Text doubles or jumps in front of their eyes.
- Feeling fatigued.

Enhance Reading Skills with Imvi’s VR Training
Imvi offers a unique method to improve students’ reading skills by strengthening eye coordination through training.
The method is based on scientific research and trains eye coordination with a mobile app by watching streamed content in VR glasses.
The training has been shown to be effective in increasing reading speed, concentration and promoting reading development in students of different ages.
Imvi Labs helps schools
Reading is a key skill that is crucial for success both at school and in life.
According to the Swedish curriculum, it is central that the teaching of Swedish promotes students’ linguistic and literary development as well as their ability to communicate and use language as a tool for learning.
With Imvi, students can significantly improve their vision by strengthening eye coordination, leading to faster reading speed and better concentration.
Special education teacher Anette Norberg van Amerongen describes how one student developed with Imvi’s training.
