Pupillary distance adjustment: adjust the distance between your lenses in the VR headset to match your pupillary distance (PD).
What you'll need:
- Measuring tape (preferably in mm)
- VR glasses
- Your Pupillary Distance (PD) number: If your prescription shows both PDD and PDN, use the value for PDD (distance)
Step 1
Locate the PD dial in the center of your VR headset, which adjusts the distance between the lenses.

Step 2
Place the measuring tape at the outer edge of the left lens frame and stretch it to the outer edge of the right lens frame.

Step 3
Turn the dial to adjust the distance between the lenses until it matches your pupillary distance (PD) measurement.

💡Tip: To prevent accidentally moving the PD dial, secure it by placing a piece of duct tape over it.
Adjust focus and sharpness: Adjust the sharpness using the knobs on the left and right sides of the headset.

Before adjusting the focus: Use the reference image in the app to set the focus.
- Open the app and select “Images” as the training method.
- Place your phone in the VR holder, ensuring it is centered.
Adjust for sharpness as follows:
- Close one eye and slowly turn the knob for that eye until the image becomes sharp.
- Do the same with the other eye.
- Make sure both sides are balanced for the best focus.
- If the image is still blurry, continue to fine-tune until it becomes clear.
