This weekend, we participated in Lärare Tipsar Lärare (Teachers Tip Teachers) in Rättvik – an anniversary event celebrating 5 years and bringing together dedicated educators from all over the country. We from Imvi Labs, Peter Carlsson and Erik Kayser, are incredibly grateful to be a part of this community where colleagues inspire each other with concrete methods for more inclusive and effective teaching.
When the days began, I asked the 70 participants how many knew about Imvi – and immediately 60 hands went up. Many also shared their own experiences – from their own training, their children's training, or in the classroom. It was clear that several had found us through tips from other participants present. A fantastic testament to the fact that Imvi spreads through real results and good conversations!
A Lecture that Inspired
One of the weekend's highlights was the presentation by Anna Lerin, principal at Albatross Montessori School, who, together with her son Anton (6th grade), shared their journey with Imvi. They talked about why they chose to train with the whole class, how they planned the setup – and the effects they are seeing. Their story evoked both recognition and curiosity.

Meetings at the Booth – and at the Dinner Table
We had many great conversations at our booth, where we demonstrated how the training works and how easily it can be implemented in a school environment. There was great interest in the possibility of training with one's own content – something that can open up creative solutions in teaching.
A particularly memorable meeting for me, Peter, was at dinner on Saturday. I got to meet the father of Linnea, a student who had trained with Imvi in Leksand and whose journey had previously been featured by Siljan News. It's not often we get to meet our users and their families in real life – I will carry this conversation with me.
Read more about Linnea's journey in our blog post about the feature in Siljan News.

Thank You for a Fantastic Weekend!
A big thank you to Ulrica Elisson Grane and Linda Forsell Asp for being such fantastic hosts. You have created a meeting place where educators truly get to grow – and we would love to come back! We were especially happy about the news that there will be events in both Jönköping and Rättvik in 2026.
Some Memorable Moments from the Weekend:
📌 Marie Trapp, this year's Guldäpple (Golden Apple) winner, spoke about reading and writing instruction that makes a real difference. We also shared a table at dinner – and have several exciting ideas to follow up on!
📌 Moa Ahrnbom (@livet_i_skolan) showed how differentiated instruction creates space for all students to succeed.
📌 Helen Lindmark (@frokenljusta) inspired with AI-supported writing – from forest leaves to animated stories! (psst… did you know you can train with Imvi using your own videos?)
📌 Ulrica Elisson Grane (@ullisskolsida) turned reading into an adventure with escape rooms.
📌 Christoffer Krämer united game worlds and literature – where books defeat enemies.
📌 Jennifer Moudi Granberg (@froken.j.granberg) showed how we can highlight strengths in the classroom.
📌 Johanna Lindgren Chin (@specialpedagog_i_skolan) talked about the importance of building positive relationships with students.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time to listen to everyone, but we leave Rättvik with new energy, new contacts – and tons of inspiration for the future!
